This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business.  In addition, we have found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we have always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.  They've also helped us to extend the range of services we provide to our clients.

After graduating from law school in 1986, I went to work as a manager for a real estate investment Company in Beverly Hills. During a two-year period I negotiated the purchase, remodel, sale and financing of approximately 1,000 single family and apartment buildings for the Company. We bought bank REO properties at significant discounts, rehabbed the properties, and sold them to either investors or homeowners at market price. I had managerial responsibility from inception (acquisition) through close of escrow. I was involved in purchasing the properties, negotiations, securing the buyers, rehab, financing (actual underwriting the purchase loans) for the homeowner and investor, and escrow coordination. These properties were located throughout California, Texas and Arizona.

Since 1989, I have developed single-family homes, commercial properties, and purchased investment properties throughout California, Texas and Arizona. I continue to be active in acquisition, remodel and sales of single-family homes primarily in California. In addition, I have owned and operated a multi-million dollar construction company since 1991. The construction company has completed a wide array of construction projects in over twenty-five states. This experience gives me a unique blend of experience, expertise and knowledge in all facets of the real estate industry.

For the past twelve years Eileen has been serving the real estate needs of her clients in Southern California.  Focused on residential and multi-family investment properties in Long Beach and the surrounding coastal communities, she has consistently been one of the top realtors in the area.  She is experienced in all phases of the buying and selling process including marketing and sales, transaction coordination, financing and escrow coordination.
